In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together. Store in an airtight container.
To use in seasoning for tacos: combine spice blend and start with 3 tablespoons of seasoning mix and ¼ cup water to 1 lb. cooked veggies or drained ground meat. Simmer and stir for 4-5 minutes. Add more spices, to taste.If not using Taco a seasoning right away: Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months. Before using, always give the mix a stir as spices will settle.
